Leadership BoK for the Human Development and Leadership Division
The Human Development and Leadership Division (HD&L) of ASQ has adopted Adil Dalal's book, 12 Pillars of Project Excellence, as our initial foundation to our leadership Body of Knowledge (BoK) (see press release). This has allowed the division to begin development of an education plan supported by this new BoK. Our approach to education includes the adaptation of the Pinnacle of Leadership Excellence™ Program which is described in more detail below. PLE™ program will be offered in two formats: 15-week on-line program and 2 day in-person classroom program. As announced on July 10, 2015, the HD&L Division is launching the on-line program beginning in August 2015. Details about the in-person classroom program will be posted soon.

Pinnacle of Leadership Excellence(TM) Certificate and Mentoring Program
Pinnacle of Leadership Excellence™ (PLE™) certificate and mentoring program is based on a triple-award winning book, by author Adil Dalal, which has been adopted as the foundation to ASQ Human Development & Leadership division’s Leadership Body of Knowledge. The book, which recently won the ASQ Crosby medal is also the winner of the Shingo research & Publication award and the Axiom best business book medal, provides a unique approach to achieving culture transformation breakthroughs through leadership and operational excellence.
