Course Overview
PLE™ program covers the practical aspects of management and leadership and takes the participants from the level of a manager to a master leader or a sensei leader™. It will help you transform management by command, control, and chaos into solid leadership that engages, empowers, and enlightens your organization. The course includes a 15-week immersive program where you will perform a series of self-assessments to assess your current skills, participate in on-line class discussions to learn new techniques, and apply your learnings through execution of a leadership project. At the conclusion of the course, your continued development will be supported by a year-long mentorship program. The course covers the following topics: Week 1 - Introduction to the BoK and Leadership Project Initiation Week 2 - Stages of Leadership Progression Week 3 - Importance of Organization Structure for Success Week 4 - Delighting the Customers Every Time: Visioning Week 5 - Ensuring Alignment: Contracts and Charters Week 6 - Diffusing Your Passion: Communication Week 7 - Science of Simplicity™: Lean Thinking for Leaders Week 8 - Avoiding Meeticide™: Resource Efficiency Week 9 - Dynamic Risk Analysis: Smart Risk Taking Week 10 - Decoding the Data: Data Management for Future Leaders Week 11 - Leadership Lessons from Failures Week 12 - Designing an Empowering Environment Week 13 - Developing Appreciating Assets Week 14 - Leadership Project Report-Out Week 15 - Graduation and Mentorship Program Overview Participants will earn 2.0 CEUs upon completion of this on-line program and will receive a free copy of Adil Dalal's book, 12 Pillars of Project Excellence. |
On-line Program Cost, Schedule and Application Process

The program will be offered periodically throughout a calendar year beginning in late summer of 2015. The first 15-week program began on August 19, 2015 and we are in the process of scheduling 2016 sessions. Applicants are encouraged to submit their completed application for consideration for the online PLE™ program series as we have a growing wait list.
In order for attendees to gain the most out of the course, the on-line class size is limited to only 12 individuals. Selected applicants will be notified via email which will include a link to register and provide payment. |
